This Privacy Policy explains how Open House Intel handles information when you use the Open House Intel mobile application. We are committed to respecting user privacy and limiting data use to what is reasonably necessary to provide the app's functionality.
Information Used by the App
Open House Intel allows users to enter or search for U.S. property addresses and provide property and open house planning information, such as list price, date, and time. This information is used to provide address suggestions, traffic forecasts, timing recommendations, and related app functionality.
Property address searches and related requests may be transmitted to our server and third-party service providers as necessary to process the request and provide app functionality.
Search History
Search information may be processed as part of providing address search and forecasting functionality. Search data is used for app functionality and is not used by Open House Intel for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Open House Intel does not require users to create an account. The app uses an anonymous RevenueCat-generated identifier to verify subscription access, enforce monthly forecast limits, and maintain limited operational usage counts. This identifier is not intended to identify you by name and is not used by Open House Intel for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Third-Party Services
Open House Intel uses third-party services to provide certain features, which may include address lookup, geocoding, weather, local event information, market information, and other data used to generate forecasts and recommendations.
Information transmitted to third-party services is subject to the privacy practices and policies of those service providers.
Advertising and Tracking
Open House Intel does not use search information for third-party advertising and does not use it to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Data Retention
Open House Intel does not intentionally maintain individual user profiles containing property search history. Limited technical or operational information may be retained by hosting or third-party service providers in accordance with their own operational, security, and retention practices.
Data Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information transmitted through Open House Intel. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's Privacy
Open House Intel is intended for real estate professionals and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
